[CentOS] EXT4 mount issue

As a test, I just created an ext4 file system using the defaults, i.e. 'mkfs.ext4 -L test1 /dev/sdb1' and it has the following features, how did your's get so lean:
Filesystem features: has_journal ext_attr resize_inode dir_index filetype needs_recovery extent flex_bg sparse_super large_file huge_file uninit_bg dir_nlink extra_isize
