[CentOS] Xen3.3 rpm for 32Bit?

Do you have a specific reason to use Xen 3.3? 
The Xen heavily patched Xen 3.1.2 in el5 is pretty solid.

Other than that.. grab the Xen 3.3 src.rpm and rebuild it for your 32bit box.
