[CentOS] Another wireless problem

No, I'm not running Network Manager. When I start it it just turn off my 
link. I'm working in runlevel 3 over a telnet conection using the wireless 
link.
When Network Manager starts it just turn off the wireless link and never 
comes off again.

This is my /var/log/messages when starting network manager.

Is NetworkManager running?

Are you running the Gnome NM applet?
