In fact I have posted at the project site for etherpad offering 128$ for the rpm
installer. They already have a site they use for bounties (http://gun.io), which
uses amazon for the financial processing.
But I would not expect the debian focused developers to have much understanding
in the way of the rpm. Now those on a rpm repo mailing list would.
