I have no problem remembering 8-10 character password after several 
uses. And my brother at first wrote them down in his phone, and then 
just remembered.

If you lose the phone, or the paper you wrote it on, it will not help 
the attackers from across the globe. If your password is search-able on 
the internet....

This advice is good for small admins. If you might be victim of the 
industrial or governmental espionage, then you better be smart enough to 
remember your passwords.
