Then point my buildsystem to those > repositories. You can do the same with mock. I use reposync to build a local yum repository. And I disable by default, and only re-enable as necessary, the yum-rhn-plugin. (It's such a resource pig on running systems!!!) and point my hosts to a local repository, very much like CentOS does with its yum mirrors. .
