Afraid not, no /proc/net/bonding either.
This is all I can see:

[root at inbfop03 ~]# find / -name bonding 2>/dev/null
/lib/modules/2.6.18-194.32.1.el5/kernel/drivers/net/bonding
/lib/modules/2.6.18-194.el5/kernel/drivers/net/bonding
/usr/src/kernels/2.6.18-194.el5-x86_64/drivers/net/bonding
/usr/src/kernels/2.6.18-194.32.1.el5-x86_64/drivers/net/bonding
 [root at inbfop03 ~]# find / -name bond0 2>/dev/null
/sys/class/net/bond0
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/bond0
/proc/sys/net/ipv6/neigh/bond0
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/bond0
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/bond0
/proc/net/dev_snmp6/bond0

It's not really a problem as it's working OK, just odd it's not there.
