[CentOS] Is there a difference between RHEL 6 and 5.6?

More like Fedora 12, with some backports. RHEL, and thus the pending
CentOS release, is always at least one year behind the leading edge
Fedora at release time due to the long and extensive testing and
burn-in cycles necessary for a production environment.
