What version of Revisor are you attempting to use? EPEL has 2.0.5.2-3.el5 available for installation through yum. IIRC: If you intend to build a custom CentOS 5 installer, then you must run revisor on CentOS 5. If you attempt to build an installer for CentOS 5 on Fedora or any RHEL 6 rebuild, the difference between utilities (squashfs-tools, specifically) will cause the resulting installer to fail. If you would like to base your platform on an RHEL 6 rebuild, then you can use Fedora or an RHEL 6 rebuild to create the custom installer.
