It's not enough to replace the bulging caps - you need to replace all the caps of the same brand as the damaged ones. Otherwise you'll just be doing it again later. And after ordering the exact replacements, and soldering them in, you've been down for days/weeks, and you'll lucky if it hasn't been damaged in other ways from lack of filtered power. Recycle the motherboard (its hazardous waste) and buy a modern one. By the way - don't forget to check the caps inside the PSU.
