[CentOS] Add repo for xfig package

[hersh parikh]

May be our repository is different then yours. Since it's working for you can you paste baseurls in your yum repo fie?
It would be very useful.

Strange...  As said, it is in the CentOS base repo..

# yum list xfig
...
