[CentOS] Add repo for xfig package

I did nothing in yum.conf. I am using Rocks 5.3 at this moment :
# cat yum.conf
[main]
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
pkgpolicy=newest
distroverpkg=redhat-release
tolerant=1
exactarch=1
assumeyes=1

[Rocks-5.3]
name=Rocks 5.3
baseurl=http://10.1.1.1/install/rocks-dist/x86_64
