Upstream Vendor is working on this.

I know that a similar issue was with chilean DST and CentOS made this
Update available although 5.6 isnt out yet. See

Maybe CentOS will provide this update too, or you can rebuild the SRPM
yourself as soon it is released by Upstream Vendor.
