Look for hrb-release rpm. There are some other repositories:
http://fs12.vsb.cz/hrb33/el{4,5}/hrb{tls, kernel, bacula,
etc}/{stable,testing}/{i386,x86_64}/
Each repository has its own hrb-*-release package.
