Well, replying to my own question:

    - I didn't find a clear mention of it on the changelogs;
    - By the 6.1 Release notes I imply that all 2.6.32-131.X have it; 
    - Cheking on the sysfs I found the "RPS queues": 
             /sys/devices/virtual/net/lo/queues/rx-0/rps_cpus
             /sys/devices/virtual/net/lo/queues/rx-0/rps_flow_cnt

    Then I presume it's on :D
