CR must be at the same or lower-numbered priority than the base and updates repos. If base is at priority 1, then CR should also be at priority 1. I think the confusion comes in because a lower number means a higher priority. In order for the CR repo to update the base packages, it must have the same or a higher priority (meaning the same or a lower number). -- Bowie
