[CentOS] Migrating CentOS 5 -> 6: where to put /etc/inittab respawn scripts?

Hello,

unfortunately /etc/init.d doesn't seem to suit me:

I want my (sockets) script to be restarted when crashed or killed

(I kill it every night to solve memory issues with perl interpreter)
