As I mentioned on another thread, when I go to: System Settings > Network Settings > Network Settings I get a window that says "Your Platform is Not Supported" and offers me a list of Linus systems, none of which are appropriate. Since I should be able to run from the command line, I have given it a low priority. But I would reconsider if a fix is suggested. I will download from the link you provided and try again.
