[CentOS] The requested URL was not found on this server

Why the /html/ in the middle?

This works without a vhost:

  # grep cacti /etc/httpd/conf.d/cacti.conf 
  Alias /cacti/ /var/www/cacti/
  <Directory /var/www/cacti/>

  # grep path /var/www/cacti/include/config.php
  $url_path = "/cacti/";
