The OP asked about running Oracle kernel on CentOS, I told him it'd be better to run the full Oracle Linux shebang to avoid any compatibility issues or problems. I prefer to run both CentOS and ORCL Linux on different machines for different purposes. I don't have much more to say... ;) FC
