Hello Rafal, can you please check the elrepo.org version of the 8169 driver? For CentOS5: elrepo/el5/x86_64/RPMS/kmod-r8169-6.016.00-1.el5.elrepo.x86_64.rpm This changes this one kernel network driver to a completely different version, but is said to help a lot... (I have one such network card, but that seems to work stable with the normal/stock CentOS-6 version.) best regards, Florian La Roche
