Johnny already explained the version naming I'm just adding a way to see if a 
certain pkg has a certain fix:

 $ yumdownloader httpd (yumdownloader is in the yum-utils pkg)
 $ rpm -qp --changelog httpd*.rpm | less (search for your CVE)
