[CentOS] What's The Odds?

Several reasons to rebuild the box:

The software to be tested requires a physical server.
This is our Sand Box machine, but over time 'we' have been using it as a 
repository  for various things.
We can't get another IP address for a VM this time of the year.

So much easier to just stick our custom 'offline' build DVD and change the 
channel in the Satellite server.
