The first three symlinks you found with locate weren't actually installed via rpm. I doubt they were installed by any package at all (were probably created by you at some point and you forgot), but to find out: rpm -qf /usr/lib64/libgtkhtml-editor.so{,.0,.0.0.0} ...so obviously they won't show up when you search yum for them.
