[CentOS] Bind - built in root hints?

Since I posted this, and a similar thread on the bind-users list, I have 
tested without a hint stub and it works just fine.

Redhat should pull it (named.ca) from the distribution.  Even a caching 
server will discover the current root addresses from what is built in.
