I followed the instructions here for enabling EHEL:
http://www.thegeekstuff.com/2012/06/enable-epel-repository/

And tried to do a yum gdisk install on a new CentOS 6.2 fully updated install.

yum install gdisk

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

If I read this correctly, the problem is my CentOS install has the wrong version:

locate libicuuc.so
/usr/lib64/libicuuc.so.42
/usr/lib64/libicuuc.so.42.1

Is there either an update version of gdisk that works with this version, or what do I need to do to get gdisk to work correctly with CentOS 6.2 if anyone knows.

Thank you.
