[CentOS] Cannot find Tcl library(Sort of OT)(SOLVED)

I installed libXmu-devel and then ran ./configure and got no issue with 
missing Tcl.  I didn't need any of those arguments to configure.

Thank you all for the help.  I've got one more issue but I'll start a 
new string for that one.
