[CentOS] Centos 6.3 - which repos to use?

Here at work, we use rpmfusion and epel. RPMforge too often has packages
that have dependencies that conflict with base CentOS packages.

I've been using elrepo *very* cautiously, but that's only been for
kmod-nvidia.
