Grepping the user manual for the word "wifi" or "wi-fi" or "802.11": https://www.motorola.com/moto_care/manuals/V3_VE_Series/V3_06_UG.pdf Unfortunately, none of those are mentioned. So, my conclusion is that there is no Wi-Fi capability whatsoever. :(
