[CentOS] mailman and yahoo

so, supposedly mailman 2.1.16+ has a feature that allows you to 
configure mailman lists so yahoo won't have a hissy with their new 
implementation of DMARC.

has anyone packaged this as an RPM for CentOS 5 ?   I currently have 
mailman 2.1.9 from whatever repo it came from (probably base?)
