[CentOS] Ulimit problem - CentOS 5.10

Tried that. Didn't work.  Very interesting.

Also attempted /etc/security/limits.conf for both "*" and the asterisk user, to no avail.  It's not honored by init-started stuff, apparently on CentOS 5.10.
