In Fedora there are two applications that can be used to both monitor and also pair Logitech devices through the Unifying receiver. One is named "Solaar" and the other, I believe, is a command-line utility (maybe what was already mentioned above). Maybe these can be considered for EPEL, and maybe some in older Fedora releases (if they existed then) can be installed straight as an RPM into CentOS 6 (though that's highly unlikely).
