[CentOS] Per process memory monitoring tool

You can use top in batch mode, -a sorts by memory, -d 20 updates every
20 seconds. adjust to your needs.
top -b -a -d 20 >> top.txt
If you are going to disconnect from the terminal, use nohup before top:
nohup top -b -a -d 20 >> top.txt
