Apparently you are affected by this bug:

(Thanks to a post by Phil Wyett on the Scientific Linux mailing list
regarding the bug report.)

Try downgrading nss-softokn to 3.14.3-17.el6 to 'fix' the issue.
Hopefully a patched version is released upstream soon.
