Since I-do-not-know-when (but this is recent) I cannot see the dropbox
panel item anymore and xsession_errors shows the isn't/is already
running message too. Starting dropbox from command-line shows the same.
Apparently, the dropbox client could be running in an more or less
hidden way: `ps` shows it, and I noticed some *syncing* (looked at my
dropbox account on the web), but there is no panel item anymore.
Strange!
