[CentOS] Fail2ban mail failures ???

Check your /etc/fail2ban/jail.local /etc/fail2ban/jail.conf.
You have to provide valid email addresses for dest= and sender= 
parameters in sendmail-whois or mail-whois actions for enabled jails.
