on rhel6 x86_64 I'm getting the spec file and sources with

cpanspec Email::Valid

and then

spec2scl -i -m perl-Email-Valid.spec

to add the necessary SCl macros.

But if I try to build the rpm with
mock -r epel-6-x86_64-perl516-scl -D "scl perl516" rebuild
/home/hae/rpm/SRPMS/perl516-perl-Email-Valid-0.184-1.el6.src.rpm -v

I get these errors:

ERROR: Command failed:
  # ['/usr/bin/yum-builddep', '--installroot',

  You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
  You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

DEBUG: kill orphans

I do not understand why Win32::IPHelper and Win32::TieRegistry is needed
with perl516 and with rhel6 standard perl not.

Kind regards,
