I'm not sure what you mean by 'with window 8', but VMware player or
Virtualbox will probably let you run another OS as a guest.   To find
downloads, just click the i386 or x86_64 links from:
http://wiki.centos.org/Download
You can use the dvd images for your choice of fairly complete system
type installs, or take the minimal CD image for a quick install where
you can add any of the other packages via 'yum install' or 'yum
groupinstall'.
