It will be best if _you_ can file a bug report at http://bugs.centos.org .

If the issue is caused by the bug reported in:

http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.linux.kernel/1221896

then, this is a regression and was fixed in a later kernel.

What you can do (in addition to filing a bug report) is to try and
test ELRepo's kernel-ml ( http://elrepo.org/tiki/kernel-ml ). If that
kernel works, this will be your interim solution.
