[CentOS] Upgrade from CentOS 6.x to 7

Huh. I thought preupgrade was part of RHEL 7, since it's in fedora 19 (and
pretty much works, most of the time...).

Another idea: back up your o/s: mv /boot/* to /boot/old, stuff off / to
/old, then just install. Easy downgrade path....
