[CentOS] CentOS 7

Two quick questions:

1) I have not found where I can set the workspaces to 1, not 4.
Where is that.

2) My install (text mode only) seems to be using F1 as X11, I have
to switch to ALT-F2 to get a login prompt. What controls that?
X is not running, this is a console only.
