[CentOS] CentOS 7, yum-cron

Hi, folks,

   Our bastion host decided to update itself in the middle of the night,
which gave at least one user issues.

   So, the question is why?

   In both /etc/yum/yum-cron-hourly.conf and /etc/yum/yum-cron.conf,
apply_updates = no.

   Has anyone else seen this?
