Hey Kahlil, thanks for the package-cleanup tip.  I erased both library
files.

package-cleanup listed netcf-libs as a leaf but there was no mention of
augeas-libs in the output.

I erased them both.  I can always add them back in later if it turns out
my actions were rash.
