Probably not really a software pirate but an individual (and a keen
cyclist) storing some old-ish PDFs on his own web site.

One I noticed was "Free BSD, 2009" all 857 pages present - in Russian.
Another is a 2005 Linux PDF book in Russian.

No copyright on his photos including long empty roads, sunlight,
countryside and an occasional motor vehicle. For example

of in the countryside

I really liked and appreciated the filming perspective (position) in
the Italian video

http://sferon.dlinkddns.com/Pub/%D0%94%D0%BE%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%BC%D0%B5%D0%
BD%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BD%D0%BE%D0%B5/BdB%20-%20Ventimiglia%20-%
20Monviso.mpeg

So there is little to fear from the web site of a Russian cyclist who
likes Linux. Although I would have preferred him to like Centos more
than Debian.
