Probably not really a software pirate but an individual (and a keen cyclist) storing some old-ish PDFs on his own web site. One I noticed was "Free BSD, 2009" all 857 pages present - in Russian. Another is a 2005 Linux PDF book in Russian. No copyright on his photos including long empty roads, sunlight, countryside and an occasional motor vehicle.
