[CentOS] Boost: updates but no announcement; nothing on rhel errata neither?

The original boost was compiled against the newer cmake in CentOS-6.6 ..
Red Hat compiled their boost in RHEL with the 6.5 cmake.

We figured this out when kdebase-workspace failed to build.
