[CentOS] install nvidia driver on centos 7.1

Yes, once you have the elrepo repository configured, the general
procedure is:

yum install nvidia-detect

then:

yum install $(nvidia-detect)

then reboot and you should be good to go :-)

The second command will automatically install the correct nvidia driver
packages for your device.
