[CentOS] Thunderbird question

I was looking at the output of
thunderbird --help

and I see there is no cli arg that makes it
start with a specific profile (which can be any
one of n profiles) - unless I am not reading
the output properly :)

I am trying to avoid having to select the profile
when starting thunderbird on different worspaces
for different profiles.
