[CentOS] nfs-server.service start delayed 60 seconds asking for password?

For anyone who also runs into this:

This is a bug in nfs-server.service. This fix is to copy
nfs-server.service to /etc/systemd/system and replace all occurrences of
"rpcbind.target" with "rpcbind.service".
