[CentOS] dconf under Centos 6 vs Centos 7

There is no 'dconf' executable in CentOS6, at least, not in the
standard repos.  Are you thinking about gconf-tool?

I don't see a way to dump all dconf settings with 'dconf', although
'gsettings list-recursively' seems to dump everything from the
gsettings side.
