[CentOS] Something like apt-cacher for CentOS/RHEL?

It looks like apt-cacher-ng can deal with RPMs, says a quick search: http://blog.hudecof.net/posts/2014/08/15/apt-cacher-ng-and-remap.html

If that doesn't work you could try more traditional ways of caching content like squid or Apache mod_proxy/cache.
